The World Missions Christmas banquet was held on Friday, December 12, 2008 in the North Cleveland Church of God gymnasium. After dinner and fellowship, the banquet began with a special World Missions employee choir, directed by R. Terrell Brinson, field representative. For months the choir had practiced several Christmas songs. Everyone was touched by the music.

“Those of us in the choir were so blessed to have a place where we could be a part of sharing what Christmas is all about. The experience was awesome! I believe it was the best banquet I have ever been to,” said Ann Bowden, World Missions employee.

After special recognitions, the program continued with Dana Phillips moving creatively to “Mary Did You Know?” followed by Timothy Hill, executive liaison to World Missions, bringing a special sermon about destiny to those in attendance.

“The food was good, the fellowship was great, and the friendship was wonderful. The preaching was inspirational, the video clips hilarious and the music by the World Missions Christmas choir was magnificent! Overall it was a wonderful program,” said Victor Pagan, assistant director of World Missions.
